Invitation to participate Wuhan Exchange of “Hong Kong-Mainland Creative Initiatives 2018”

You are invited to join our delegation to Wuhan in coming August 2018 as one of the programme under “Creative Initiative 2018”. As a 'delegate', you are asked to participate in all FIVE day events, that include a networking session on 26rh August afternoon, the visit to Wuhan’s creative district on 27th August, as well as two days business matching and students sharing activities on 28th and 29th of August*.
*final itinerary has to be confirmed after receiving further information from partner association/organization in Wuhan


Accordingly, CreateHK has kindly agreed to sponsor each delegate a round-trip economy class air-ticket (base on actual expenses and/or up to HKD2,500), four-night hotel accommodation on sharing room basis (base on actual expenses and/or up to HKD1,500) and land transportation.


Due to the tight schedule during our tour and we try to achieve the fair policy on the usage of government sponsorship, we will arrange the flights, transportation and accommodation in group booking basis. Hence, if any request out of our group booking, we will consider it as forgoing of the sponsorship and full amount will be charged based on the actual expenses costed by the single booking. Actual own contribution amount from delegate to be advised. 


Since we have only 25 places that can enjoy the sponsorship, registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis. Kindly email to if you are interested and we will provide you with details and arrange your booking for flights and hotel.


Registration will be on FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis, the deadline of application will be 27th July 2018. FHKDA will not be able to take in anymore registration once the TWENTY-FIVE places are filled. But you are also welcome to make your own arrangements to arrive Wuhan during 26th to 30th August, and we are happy to include you in the different events if seats are still available.
